EXPO 2025

A2 Timber team would like to say thank you to the authors of the Czech EXPO 2025 pavilion, APROPOS ARCHITEKTI and their trust that they gave us and invited us to collaborate on the project. 

A2 Timber will propose a complex structural part. We’ll design a complicated timber superstructure and foundation on, at this moment, for us unknown terrain of an artificial island. On top of that we’ll have to deal with structural solution suitable for seismic loads in the place of venue – Osaca (ag=4,0 m/s2 extreme in the Czech Republic is 0,69 m/s2). We are looking forward to the cooperation with local Japanese engineers that are part of the design team.
